Provincial Nominee
THERE IS ALWAYS A LEGAL WAY TO MAKE YOUR DREAM COME TRUE
Provincial Nominee Programs
In Canada, there are ten provinces and three territories. Each province has its own immigration programs and regulations. The Federal immigration program allows you to settle anywhere in Canada if you are granted immigration, on the other hand, the province will limit you to work, study, or live in the province for a certain period.
Those ten provinces can issue temporary programs to fulfill their shortage whether they need skilled immigrants or workers, such programs are called Pilot Program.
Provinces can nominate Federal Skilled Immigrants to move to their province. By nominating them, they boost their points by 200 which automatically will put them ahead of others in the pool.
Most of provinces will allow to apply for Permanent Residency if you study or work there. There are jobs in demand in Canada, like nurses, doctors, welders, truck drivers, and others. Check with us to find out if your job is in demand as it will accelerate your work permit and/or immigration process…
